For the cleanest result, upload the original photo rather than a screenshot, cropped preview, or social-media download. There is no strict DPI or pixel requirement.
If your image proportions do not match the selected print size, some cropping may occur. Our team checks this before printing and will contact you if needed.
We do not print copyrighted artwork, logos, licensed characters, or images you do not own the rights to.
Privacy: your photo is not sold, used for marketing, or shared publicly. It is used only to review and fulfil your order, then deleted after it is no longer needed. Declined custom orders are deleted automatically.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Bad, usable, good
The label is a quick guide only. We do not reject phone photos just because DPI metadata or exact pixel targets are missing.
Reviewed before print
We check cropping, orientation and obvious quality issues before sending anything to production.
Private file storage
Customer uploads are stored securely as private print files, never sold or shared publicly, and deleted after use.
Multi-photo savings
3 photos save 10%, 4 photos save 15%, and 5 or more save 20%.
PHOTO QUALITY GUIDE
Original phone photos are usually fine. The label is only a guide; every custom photo is checked by us before printing.
Good
Clear original camera photo or high-quality file.
Usable
Probably printable, but may need careful cropping or a smaller size.
Bad
Could look soft if enlarged. You can still order and we will contact you if needed.
