Our Promise
Every Oskie Prints order is made to order, printed specifically for you. We take great care with quality — but if something goes wrong, we'll make it right.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your print arrives damaged or with a print quality defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@oskieprints.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damage or defect
- A brief description of the issue
We will offer a free reprint or a full refund — your choice. We do not require you to return the damaged item.
Wrong Item Received
If we sent you the wrong print, contact us within 14 days and we'll arrange a free replacement and cover any return postage if needed.
Change of Mind Returns
Because every print is made to order especially for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 exemption for personalised or custom goods.
We recommend double-checking your chosen size and finish before completing your order. If you're unsure, feel free to get in touch before purchasing.
AI Commission & Photo Upload Prints
AI-generated and photo upload prints are bespoke and created uniquely for you. These are non-refundable unless the final print is faulty or significantly different from what was agreed during our review process.
For custom AI and photo upload orders, payment is authorised at checkout and only captured after we approve the print for production. If we decline it, the authorisation is cancelled.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if requested within 1 hour of placing the order, before production has begun. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation as prints may already be in production.
To request a cancellation, email contact@oskieprints.com immediately with your order number.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
